Paloma Moran

Dr. Paloma Moran, PsyD, provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for teens and adults across California. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating complex challenges such as Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Dr. Moran creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment designed to help clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction.

Her clinical expertise is particularly valuable for families navigating significant life transitions, including supporting individuals moving from inpatient psychiatric care back into daily life. Dr. Moran utilizes a range of specialized therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients develop practical coping strategies and strengthen independence.

Dr. Moran offers both in-person and telehealth appointments, making her accessible to clients throughout California. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide variety of insurance plans, including Kaiser Permanente, Anthem Blue Cross, UnitedHealthcare, and many Medicare options.
