Ric Addison

Ric Addison, PsyD, provides specialized neuropsychological and general assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults. With 23 years of experience in education and 16 years as a school psychologist, he offers a deep understanding of how neurocognitive functioning impacts learning. His evaluations are designed to look beyond simple diagnoses, identifying each child's unique strengths and weaknesses to ensure interventions are precisely matched to their specific needs.

Specializing in the identification of learning disabilities, Dr. Addison conducts comprehensive testing for dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia, as well as assessments for ADHD, Autism, Asperger's, and developmental disorders. His practice also focuses on evaluating social-emotional health, attention regulation, and the impact of traumatic brain injury (TBI). He provides objective Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) and offers expert consultation regarding special education law and ecological changes to support a student's educational progress.

Located in Murrieta, CA, Dr. Addison is currently accepting new clients for in-person sessions. He works with individuals and families to address complex challenges such as behavioral issues, ODD, and emotional disturbances. Individual sessions are available at a rate of $80, with various payment options including major credit cards, check, and cash.
