Alicia Flores, LMFT, provides specialized therapeutic support for preteens, teens, and adults navigating complex emotional landscapes. Her practice is particularly focused on helping individuals manage neurodivergence, intellectual disabilities, and the unique challenges associated with chronic illness and life transitions. She offers a safe, empathetic space to address issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and trauma.

Utilizing evidence-based modalities, Alicia specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help clients process painful memories and build lasting resilience.
