Amanda Evans-Freet

Amanda Evans-Freet is a board-certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to supporting pre-teens, adolescents, and adults through complex life transitions. She specializes in working with neurodivergent and high-needs populations, offering expertise in managing ADHD, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, ODD (Oppositional Defiance), and behavioral issues. Her practice is centered on creating a safe, compassionate environment for those navigating grief, loss, and significant life changes.

Her therapeutic approach is uniquely multi-modal, integrating traditional talk therapy with Art Therapy and trauma-focused interventions. This creative modality provides an essential outlet for self-expression and insight, particularly for clients who may struggle to verbalize their experiences. No prior art experience or drawing skill is required; the focus remains on using creative tools to facilitate healing and develop effective coping skills.

Amanda offers both in-person and telehealth sessions from her Camp Hill, PA practice, making support accessible for families with busy schedules. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts various insurance plans including Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Capital Blue Cross, Highmark, and Optum. Payment options include HSA, major credit cards, and Venmo.
