Anesia Ndikubwimana, LMSW, provides compassionate therapeutic support for children, teens, adults, and families navigating complex neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges. Specializing in areas such as ADHD, emotional regulation, behavioral issues, and chronic impulsivity, she offers a dedicated space for individuals and families to address the unique stressors that come with managing diverse needs and life transitions.

Using an integrative, strengths-based approach, Anesia utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop essential coping skills. Her practice is particularly supportive for those managing dual diagnoses, chronic illness, or the complexities of caregiving. She provides a culturally sensitive environment, offering services in English and Kinyarwanda, and focuses on helping clients build resilience and emotional regulation.

Anesia offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, making support accessible for families across various needs.
