Anna Moy

Anna Moy, PsyD, provides specialized psychotherapy and comprehensive evaluation services for children, adolescents, and adults. She offers targeted support for neurodivergent individuals and those navigating learning disabilities, specifically focusing on managing ADHD, developing emotional regulation, and building essential coping skills. Her practice is dedicated to creating a safe, empowering, and trauma-informed space for all clients.

Utilizing a person-centered, strengths-based approach, Dr. Moy integrates evidence-based behavioral techniques including CBT, DBT, ACT, and positive psychology. Her expertise extends to addressing complex needs such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma/PTSD, as well as navigating school issues, parenting challenges, and family conflict. She is also highly experienced in providing psychological testing and evaluations to help families understand specific developmental or learning needs.

Dr. Moy offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, making her services accessible for families across various needs. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts several insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, and Medicare, as well as out-of-network options. Her practice, Therapy My Way, is committed to inclusivity, serving as an ally to the LGBTQ+ and racial justice communities.
