Anne-Belle Izquierdo

Anne-Belle Izquierdo, MS, LAPC, provides specialized therapeutic support for children, preteens, teens, and adults navigating complex neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges. She has extensive clinical experience working with children who exhibit extreme emotional reactions, behavioral concerns, and difficulties with regulation. Her practice is particularly focused on supporting those managing ADHD, Autism, Oppositional Defiance (ODD), and emotional disturbances.

Using a holistic and trauma-informed approach, Anne-Belle incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotion regulation strategies. She helps clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping skills. Her expertise extends to addressing specific needs such as adoption, school issues, peer relationships, and managing self-harming behaviors or suicidal ideation in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

Services are available through both in-person visits in Wyomissing, PA, and via telehealth/online therapy. Anne-Belle is currently accepting new clients for individuals, families, and groups.
