Anyelina Hernandez-De la Rosa

Anyelina Hernandez-De la Rosa is a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed therapist in Reading, PA, specializing in support for neurodivergent individuals and families. She provides compassionate care for children, preteens, teens, and adults navigating complex challenges such as ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD). Her practice is deeply rooted in diversity, offering an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and those exploring racial identity.

Utilizing evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, and a person-centered, solution-focused approach, she helps clients manage trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
