Audra Owens

Audra Owens is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing telehealth services to preteens, teens, and adults in Georgia and Louisiana. She specializes in trauma-informed care, working with clients to navigate complex challenges such as PTSD, betrayal trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. Her practice is deeply rooted in empathy and lived experience, offering a supportive space for those processing grief, loss, and family conflict.

Utilizing advanced trauma modalities, Audra employs techniques including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and parts work to address self-worth, anxiety-driven behaviors, and emotional disturbances. For relationship-focused needs, she utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples counseling, focusing on attachment-based trauma and relationship repair. She also offers specialized support for issues including ADHD, codependency, and eating disorders.

Audra provides a compassionate, flexible environment and is able to integrate a client's faith into the healing process when desired. She is currently accepting new clients for online sessions, with individual sessions priced at $150. Payment options include major credit cards, HSA, and cash.
