Beret Brammer

Beret Brammer provides specialized counseling for toddlers, children, preteens, and adolescents navigating emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Her practice focuses on supporting neurodiverse youth and those managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation difficulties. By creating a safe and accepting environment, she helps children and teens build essential coping skills and resilience.

Utilizing play therapy, Beret helps younger clients express and process complex experiences through natural, developmentally appropriate methods. She also incorporates narrative therapy to assist teens in exploring their identities, identifying strengths, and managing school issues, peer relationships, and life transitions. Her approach is designed to foster emotional awareness and empower clients to develop more positive personal narratives.

Recognizing that family dynamics are central to a child's growth, Beret works closely with caregivers to strengthen connections and support lasting change. Services are available through both in-person and telehealth appointments in Blaine, MN. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts various insurance plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare, as well as HSA payments.
