Casey Minnick

Casey Minnick, LPC-A, provides specialized therapeutic support for children (ages 4 and up), teens, and young adults navigating neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges. She specializes in working with clients managing Autism, ADHD, OCD, and developmental disorders, as well as those experiencing anxiety, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. Casey also offers essential support to parents and families as they navigate these complex diagnoses and behavioral concerns together.

Her therapeutic approach is highly individualized, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Play Therapy, Sand Tray, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness to help clients regulate emotions and build coping skills. For families, she incorporates Structural Family Therapy to address family conflict and life transitions. Her practice is designed to create a safe, calm, and down-to-earth environment where clients can process difficult emotions and develop real tools for moving forward.

Casey offers both in-person and telehealth sessions in Addison, TX, and is currently accepting new clients. She provides an inclusive, allied practice for LGBTQ+ individuals and supports various needs including grief, self-esteem, and trauma. Insurance accepted includes Aetna and Cigna/Evernorth EAP, and she accepts various payment methods including HSA and major credit cards.
