Danielle Edwards, LPC, provides compassionate therapeutic support for children, teens, and families navigating significant life transitions and neurodevelopmental challenges. Specializing in a wide range of needs, she offers expertise in addressing autism, developmental disorders, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral issues such as ODD and emotional regulation. Her practice is designed to be a calming presence for families facing the complexities of managing special needs and mental health.

For younger children ages 4 to 12, Danielle is a Certified Play Therapist, utilizing specialized techniques to help children process emotions in a developmentally appropriate way. She also utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for women and teens, and is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) to assist clients dealing with trauma, PTSD, or OCD tendencies. Her approach is adaptable, working at a pace that feels comfortable for each individual or family unit.

Services are available through both in-person and telehealth sessions in Overland Park, KS, making it easier for families to access care. Danielle is currently accepting new clients and accepts various payment methods, including HSA, and several insurance plans such as Medicaid, Aetna, and BlueCross BlueShield. Individual sessions are available at a rate of $125.
