Debbie Lake is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in supporting children, preteens, and teens, as well as their parents. She provides a warm, compassionate space to navigate complex challenges such as ADHD, school-related stress, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Her practice focuses on helping families manage the emotional complexities that often accompany neurodiversity and developmental changes.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, Debbie utilizes evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She brings significant expertise in treating trauma, mood disorders, and ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), making her a valuable resource for families dealing with eating struggles or sensory-related feeding difficulties.
