Emily Fraser-Read

Emily Fraser-Read provides a highly adaptable, supportive therapeutic environment for children, teens, adults, and families. Utilizing creative modalities including Play Therapy, Music Therapy, and Art Therapy, she engages clients who may struggle with traditional talk therapy to ensure they feel heard and appreciated.

Specializing in neurodiversity and developmental support, Emily works with clients navigating Autism, ADHD, developmental disorders, and behavioral issues. She also addresses emotional regulation, chronic impulsivity, school issues, and anxiety. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to assist with life transitions and relationship struggles.

Emily holds a Master of Science from Bellevue University and provides inclusive care as an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and marginalized identities. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions and is currently accepting new clients. Many insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and UnitedHealthcare.
