Hannah Mudge

Hannah Mudge is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in trauma-informed care and neurodiversity. She provides a supportive, accepting environment for neurodivergent and disabled individuals, focusing on helping clients explore authentic and joyful living. Her practice is deeply rooted in trauma-informed principles, making her a dedicated resource for those navigating the complexities of trauma, eating disorders, and chronic illness.

Recognizing that every individual's needs are unique, Hannah utilizes a variety of adaptive therapeutic modalities to ensure therapy is accessible and effective. Her toolkit includes expressive arts, play therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and experiential techniques. Hannah serves individuals, couples, and families across all ages, from toddlers to elders. She offers both in-person and telehealth services and is currently accepting new clients.
