Ifah Grady

Ifah Grady, MEd, BCBA, provides specialized therapeutic support for children, teens, and adults on the Autism Spectrum. Her practice focuses on helping neurodivergent individuals navigate social interactions, develop coping skills, and build greater independence. She specializes in working with those who struggle with self-expression or feel misunderstood, helping them find ways to navigate the world with more confidence and ease.

Recognizing that effective support requires a holistic approach, Ifah also works closely with parents and schools to ensure a unified strategy for progress. Her expertise covers a range of developmental needs, including intellectual disabilities, behavioral issues, and learning disabilities. As a parent with personal experience navigating autism, she brings a unique level of empathy and understanding to the emotional complexities that follow a diagnosis.

Services are available through both in-person and telehealth appointments in San Diego, CA. Ifah is currently accepting new clients and accepts various insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Individual sessions are available for $100, with multiple payment options including Visa, Venmo, and check.
