Iris Negron-Landron

Iris Negron-Landron, LPC and LMFT, specializes in supporting children, teens, and families navigating complex challenges such as ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. Her practice is deeply rooted in a family systems and attachment-centered approach, recognizing that healing is most effective when relationships are strengthened. To support the stability of the home environment, she often begins treatment by providing targeted support and resources to parents and caregivers.

Her therapeutic toolkit includes advanced, evidence-based modalities specifically helpful for neurodivergent and trauma-impacted individuals, such as EMDR, sand tray therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. By integrating play therapy, neuroscience-informed interventions, and trauma-informed care, she creates a compassionate and regulated environment for processing emotional stress, school issues, and life transitions.

Iris offers both in-person and telehealth services in Rogers, AR, and is currently accepting new clients. She provides services in both English and Spanish for individuals, couples, and families. While individual sessions are $230, she accepts various insurance plans including Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, and UnitedHealthcare, as well as HSA and other payment methods.
