Jasmine Vieira

Jasmine Vieira, LPC, provides trauma-informed therapy for teens, adults, and elders in Meridian, ID. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating complex neurodivergent and emotional challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and emotional regulation. Her practice is deeply rooted in helping clients manage the impact of past experiences, attachment wounds, and nervous system patterns through a compassionate, person-centered lens.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, Jasmine is a trained Brainspotter, offering Brainspotting to facilitate deeper healing that goes beyond verbal processing.
