Jenna Heldt

Jenna Heldt is a therapist specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and families through emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. She brings specific expertise in working with neurodivergent youth, including those on the autism spectrum and those with Asperger's Syndrome. Her practice focuses on helping clients develop essential skills in communication, emotional awareness, self-regulation, and social confidence.

Using a compassionate, strengths-based, and individualized approach, Jenna meets children where they are developmentally.
