Jessica Monroe, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), provides a compassionate, trauma-informed therapeutic space for individuals and families navigating complex life challenges. She specializes in supporting those managing anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. Her practice is particularly focused on helping families navigate developmental disorders, Asperger's Syndrome, and educational or learning disabilities, ensuring that both the individual and their support system are empowered.

With a professional background in pediatric social work and hospital-based case management, Jessica brings deep experience in supporting families through challenging medical diagnoses, acute crisis work, and the emotional complexities of grief and loss. She is especially passionate about supporting parents and caregivers, including those navigating the unique emotional demands of pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum experiences, as well as those balancing their own well-being while caring for others.
