Josephine Dzielski provides art therapy services that utilize creative media as a powerful tool for nonverbal communication and self-discovery. With over 15 years of experience working with children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), Josephine brings deep expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals. Her practice focuses on a wide range of needs, including Autism, developmental disorders, learning disabilities, and behavioral issues. She works with various media-such as clay, painting, textiles, and collage-to help clients navigate anxiety, grief, and life transitions in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Currently accepting new clients, Josephine offers both in-person and telehealth sessions for children, teens, and adults. Her practice is highly inclusive, serving as an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, racial justice advocates, and diverse populations. Individual sessions are available at a rate of $40, providing an accessible option for families seeking integrated counseling that combines talking with expressive art-making.
