Joyce Erickson, LPC, provides compassionate and empathetic counseling for children, teens, adults, and families in Windsor, CT. With over 25 years of experience working in diverse and high-intensity settings—including trauma centers, hospitals, and day treatment programs—she brings a deep understanding of complex emotional needs. Her practice is centered on creating a safe, honest space to help clients navigate life's challenges and find paths toward healing and self-awareness.

Specializing in a wide range of neurodivergent and behavioral supports, Joyce offers expertise in managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and emotional disturbances.
