Katelyn Kressley provides compassionate and practical counseling for children, teens, and adults navigating complex neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges. Specializing in ADHD, OCD, and dual diagnosis, she offers a supportive environment to help clients manage chronic impulsivity, anxiety, and the stressors of life transitions. Her practice is deeply inclusive, serving as an ally to LGBTQ+, non-binary, and racial justice-focused communities.

With extensive training in trauma-focused approaches, CBT, and Seeking Safety, Katelyn utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Harm Reduction. Her expertise extends to managing addiction, anger, and co-occurring disorders, providing clients with the concrete tools and coping skills necessary to build stability and self-assuredness. She is skilled in helping families and individuals navigate grief, loss, and relationship dynamics.

Katelyn offers both in-person and telehealth sessions in Allentown, PA, making therapy accessible for busy families. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts various insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross, and Highmark. Individual sessions are available at a rate of $140.
