Kateryna Shushval is a licensed counselor specializing in supporting adults as they navigate complex emotional landscapes. She provides targeted support for individuals managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma/PTSD. Her practice focuses on helping clients identify the root causes of behavioral barriers, utilizing specialized approaches like inner child work and mindfulness to address deep-seated patterns and emotional disturbances.
