Katherine Cresci (LMSW) provides specialized therapeutic support for adults and elders navigating complex neurodivergent and mental health challenges. She offers targeted care for individuals managing ADHD, trauma, PTSD, and emotional regulation, as well as those dealing with anxiety, depression, and burnout. Her practice is deeply inclusive, providing an allied space for LGBTQ+ individuals, including transgender, non-binary, and queer clients, as well as the Deaf, Blind, and Little Person communities.

Using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, Katherine focuses on helping clients develop practical coping skills and navigate life transitions. Her approach is particularly helpful for caregivers, single parents, and those managing pregnancy, prenatal, or postpartum needs, as well as individuals facing family conflict or grief.

Katherine offers convenient online/telehealth sessions and is currently accepting new clients. She accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, and UnitedHealthcare. For individual sessions, the fee is $200, and various payment methods such as HSA, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.
