Kelly DeYoung

Kelly DeYoung is a compassionate, collaborative counselor providing specialized support for individuals and families navigating complex emotional landscapes. She offers a dedicated space for parents coping with the emotional impact of a child's health condition or developmental disorder, helping manage grief, uncertainty, and isolation. Her practice is inclusive of all backgrounds and focuses on navigating difficult life transitions.

Using an evidence-based, person-centered approach, Kelly employs Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build psychological flexibility and emotional regulation. Her expertise includes developmental disorders, education and learning disabilities, chronic illness, and trauma. She works with children, preteens, teens, and adults on issues such as anxiety, behavioral challenges, and peer relationships.
