Laura Hernandez, LMFT, provides compassionate therapeutic support for adults navigating complex life challenges. She specializes in working with individuals managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those dealing with behavioral issues, parenting struggles, and school-related stressors. Her practice is deeply rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore identity, racial identity, and life transitions.

Utilizing an integrative approach, Laura employs Client-Centered Therapy to ensure every individual feels heard and accepted. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, alongside Narrative Therapy to assist clients in re-authoring their personal stories for healing and empowerment. Her practice is highly inclusive, offering specialized support as an ally to LGBTQIA+, non-binary, and racial justice-focused clients.

Laura offers both in-person and telehealth services, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your own environment.
