Linda Houston is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor specializing in trauma-informed care for adults and elders. As a Certified Trauma Specialist and Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, she provides dedicated support for individuals navigating complex challenges such as PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, and domestic abuse. Her practice is deeply rooted in helping clients process significant life transitions and emotional disturbances.

Utilizing a client-centered approach, Linda employs evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual's unique needs. Her therapeutic toolkit includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt therapy, and Mindfulness.
