Lindsey Haines

Lindsey Haines is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) providing specialized therapeutic support for children, preteens, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in addressing complex neurodivergent and behavioral needs, including ADHD, ODD (Oppositional Defiance Disorder), OCD, and autism-related challenges such as peer relationships and school issues. Her approach is highly individualized, recognizing that every child and adult requires a unique therapeutic framework to feel safe and empowered.

With advanced training in EMDR therapy and certification in SPT, Lindsey offers evidence-based interventions for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and eating disorders. She also utilizes CBT and DBT modalities to help clients develop essential coping skills for managing mood disorders, anger, and self-harm. Her practice is designed to be a supportive environment where clients can explore underlying triggers and work toward lasting peace and emotional regulation.

Individual sessions are available for $100.
