Lourdes Stagnaro

Lourdes Stagnaro provides specialized therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and adults navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges. She offers targeted care for neurodivergent-related concerns, including ADHD, OCD, and school issues, as well as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Her practice is designed to be a welcoming space where families can find stability and support for life transitions and peer relationship difficulties.

Utilizing evidence-based modalities, Lourdes integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to create tailored treatment plans. These approaches are particularly effective for building coping skills, managing behavioral issues, and addressing PTSD. As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, she provides culturally responsive care, allowing clients to express themselves in the language they feel most comfortable using.
