Maggie Flaherty

Maggie Flaherty, MS, BCBA, LABA, specializes in supporting children, preteens, and teens navigating the complexities of neurodivergence, autism, and ADHD. With over 20 years of experience in school-based settings, she focuses on helping clients manage nuanced verbal and non-verbal interactions, develop pro-social skills, and improve self-regulation. Her expertise is backed by a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and a graduate certificate in Behavioral Intervention in Autism.

The practice utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and specialized curricula to provide explicit social skills instruction and positive social opportunities. Services include weekly social groups, individual programming, assessments, and consultation. For older students, Maggie offers social coaching specifically designed for high school and college students to help them adjust to new environments, increase social intelligence, and build confidence.

Services are available through both in-person and telehealth appointments, and the practice is currently accepting new clients. Maggie accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Harvard Pilgrim, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Optum, Tufts, and UnitedHealthcare.
