Melinda Clark

Melinda Clark, through Northern Valley Catholic Social Service, provides specialized, trauma-informed counseling for children (ages 4+), teens, adults, and families in Tehama County. The practice focuses on supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals navigating challenges such as Autism, ADHD, behavioral issues, and school-related difficulties. By offering a safe, non-judgmental space, the practice helps clients understand how past experiences and developmental factors influence current stress and relationships.

The therapeutic approach utilizes evidence-informed assessments to address a wide range of needs, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and family conflict. Services are tailored to help individuals and families develop practical coping tools for managing anger, peer relationships, and major life transitions. Whether addressing childhood trauma or adolescent emotional concerns, the focus remains on helping clients feel more grounded and supported.

Services are available through both in-person visits in Red Bluff and via telehealth to ensure accessibility for all families. Melinda Clark is an LMFT currently accepting new clients. Individual sessions are available for $120, and the practice accepts Carelon Behavioral Health and Carelon Health IPA of California (CHIPA) insurance plans.
