Melissa Soliz is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT-LP) providing specialized support for children, adolescents, and adults. She offers targeted therapeutic interventions for neurodivergent and neurodiverse needs, including ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and behavioral issues. With extensive experience supporting individuals from Hispanic backgrounds and offering services in Spanish, Melissa provides culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique identity and family dynamics.

Her integrative therapeutic approach utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Structural Therapy. For younger clients, Melissa incorporates play therapy and icebreakers to build trust and connection, which is essential for children navigating developmental or behavioral challenges. For adolescents and adults, she provides a safe, structured space to address trauma, PTSD, self-harm, and life transitions.
