Meryl Lammers

Meryl Lammers is a trauma-informed therapist at the Phoenix Center for Experiential Trauma Therapy in Media, PA, specializing in neurodivergent-affirming care. Using a humanistic and strengths-based approach, she provides individualized support for individuals of all neurotypes, including those navigating Autism, ADHD, and developmental or intellectual disabilities. Her practice is deeply rooted in helping clients process trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression through a lens that honors each person's unique way of experiencing the world.

Meryl utilizes a multi-modal, creative approach to healing, blending 20 years of music therapy experience with specialized modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodrama, and expressive arts. This somatic and experiential method allows for deep processing that goes beyond traditional talk therapy, making it particularly effective for clients who benefit from sensory-integrated or non-verbal therapeutic interventions.

Serving children, teens, adults, and seniors, Meryl offers both in-person and telehealth sessions to accommodate diverse needs. Her practice is highly inclusive, providing an allied space for LGBTQIA+, non-binary, and racial justice-focused care. She is currently accepting new clients for individual and family sessions, with a session fee of $155.
