Michael Hardner, MS, NCC, LPC, is a dedicated clinical therapist providing specialized support for children, preteens, teens, and adults. He offers evidence-based therapy with a particular focus on adolescent boys (ages 13-18), addressing complex challenges such as ADHD, Autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. His practice is centered on helping clients develop effective coping skills and emotional regulation to navigate life's difficulties.

With advanced training in trauma-informed interventions through the Trauma Institute & Child Trauma Institute (Progressive Counting), Michael specializes in treating PTSD, self-harming behaviors, and suicidal ideation. He is also certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and anger management, providing structured, compassionate care for issues including teen violence, sexual abuse, and school-related stressors. His approach focuses on teaching clients more effective ways to manage emotions and promote long-term healing.

Michael offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, making specialized care accessible from the comfort of home. He is currently accepting new clients and accepts various insurance plans, including CHIP, UPMC, Aetna, and BlueCross BlueShield.
