Mike Ingrassia

Mike Ingrassia, LPC, provides specialized counseling for children, adolescents, and families navigating neurodivergent challenges, including Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual Disabilities. With a professional background in school-based counseling and special education, he understands the unique complexities of managing behavioral issues, emotional regulation, and school-related stressors within the special needs community.

His therapeutic approach is highly engaging and tailored to individual interests, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and expressive arts. He uniquely integrates "geek therapy," incorporating elements of games, stories, and pop culture to help clients process trauma, anxiety, and social connection in a way that feels authentic and less rigid than traditional methods.

Offering telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families, Mike Ingrassia creates an affirming space for those struggling with trauma, PTSD, or social overwhelm.
