Natalie Welsch

Natalie Welsch, LPC, provides compassionate counseling services with a specialized focus on supporting neurodivergent teens, adolescents, and adults. Her practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex challenges such as autism, trauma, PTSD, and emotional regulation. By focusing on empowering clients to learn new coping strategies and understand their unique minds, she creates a safe space for healing and growth.

Her therapeutic approach addresses a wide range of needs relevant to special-needs families, including academic underachievement, behavioral issues, social/peer relationship challenges, and anxiety. Whether working through life transitions or managing sensory and emotional regulation, Natalie utilizes evidence-based methods to help clients face difficult life experiences and build resilience.

Natalie holds a Master's in Counseling from the University of Houston and has extensive experience in both private practice and community mental health settings. Services are available through both in-person and telehealth appointments in Katy, TX. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide variety of insurance plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna, as well as HSA payments.
