Nicholas Israel

Nicholas Israel, LPC-A, provides specialized counseling for children, preteens, adolescents, and young adults, as well as families and adults. He focuses on supporting those navigating neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges, including ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, and behavioral issues. His practice is designed to help clients manage the complexities of anxiety, depression, and the stress of major life transitions.

Utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques, Nicholas works to help clients develop essential coping strategies, emotional regulation, and resilience. His therapeutic environment is safe and nonjudgmental, specifically tailored to help individuals and families build healthier communication skills and better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Services are available through both in-person and telehealth appointments in San Antonio, TX, making it easier for families to access support. He is currently accepting new clients and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. Session fees are $120 per individual session, with various flexible payment options available including HSA and major credit cards.
