Niki Berkowitz

Niki Berkowitz is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) providing telehealth services to teens, adults, and elders. She specializes in supporting individuals and families navigating complex challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and behavioral issues such as Oppositional Defiance (ODD). Her practice is centered on creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where clients can develop self-advocacy skills and find emotional strength.

To meet the diverse needs of her clients, Niki utilizes a multi-modal approach that integrates traditional talk therapy with expressive arts, music therapy, play therapy, and CBT tools. She also incorporates mindfulness practices and meditation to help clients manage chronic and acute mental or physical health challenges, including chronic pain and grief. Her specialized training as an Expressive Arts therapist allows for creative, adaptive interventions that can be particularly effective for children and youth.

For those paying out-of-pocket, individual sessions are $200, with several convenient payment options available such as Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
