Peter Phillips

Peter Phillips, LMHC, LPC, provides a supportive and judgment-free therapeutic environment for preteens, teens, adults, and seniors. He specializes in addressing neurodivergent and complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and emotional regulation. His approach focuses on helping clients navigate behavioral issues, chronic impulsivity, and trauma through the development of practical coping tools and emotional stability.

With expertise in managing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, BPD, and PTSD, Peter offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. He works with individuals and families to address school issues, family conflict, and life transitions. His practice is deeply inclusive, providing an allied space for LGBTQ+ individuals, single parents, and diverse populations.
