Tene Rodgers

Tene Rodgers, LMFT, provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout California. He specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating developmental disorders, ADHD, and Autism. By creating a safe, nonjudgmental space, he helps clients develop practical strategies for emotional regulation, improved coping skills, and increased resilience.

Utilizing structured approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, Tene works to address complex challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and school-related issues. His therapeutic style blends empathy with practical structure, empowering clients-including teens and adults-to better understand their experiences and manage life transitions or chronic stressors.

Tene is committed to providing culturally responsive care and has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community, military/veteran populations, and individuals with developmental disabilities. He offers both in-person and telehealth services and is currently accepting new clients. A wide range of insurance plans are accepted, including Kaiser Permanente, Anthem Blue Cross, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare.
