Tyler Diaz, LMFT, brings over 11 years of specialized experience working with toddlers, children, preteens, teens, and families. Having served within school-based treatment teams and therapeutic foster family agencies, she possesses a deep understanding of the complex challenges faced by children and families navigating developmental, behavioral, and emotional hurdles.

Specializing in trauma-informed care, Tyler is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. She provides targeted support for a wide range of needs, including ADHD-related behavioral issues, Oppositional Defiance (ODD), anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties, and trauma/PTSD. Her therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients build coping skills and manage issues such as OCD, self-harm, and emotional disturbance.

Tyler offers both in-person and telehealth sessions in Fresno, CA, creating a safe, welcoming environment for individuals, couples, and families to explore complex emotions. She is currently accepting new clients and accepts various insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Shield, and Health Net. Individual sessions are available for $140, with multiple payment options including HSA and major credit cards.
