Vanessa Fernandez is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) providing specialized therapeutic support to adults and seniors. She offers a connected treatment experience for patients of Pacific Mind Health, integrating therapy with medication management to ensure a cohesive approach to mental health care. Vanessa is dedicated to providing culturally responsive, inclusive care for the LGBTQ+ community, including non-binary, transgender, and queer individuals.

Her practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex challenges such as ADHD, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Using evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions—she helps clients develop essential coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build resilience.
