Dunnellon Christian Academy serves Pre-K3 through 8th grade students in a Christ-centered learning environment. The school is accredited through Christian Schools of Florida and maintains an average class size of 20 students, providing a structured setting conducive to individualized attention. DCA is committed to academic excellence grounded in Christian values and lifelong service to family and community.
For students with learning differences, DCA offers a dedicated Intensive Instruction and Title I program designed to support those with learning difficulties. This targeted intervention program works alongside the regular curriculum to help students succeed academically. The school's moderate class sizes and faculty focus enable teachers to provide the differentiated instruction many students with learning challenges need.
Founded in 1983, DCA enrolls 232 students with 15 classroom teachers and a faculty of which 33% hold advanced degrees. Tuition is $8,300 annually, and the school accepts Florida's Step Up For Students scholarships—every student is eligible for either a state scholarship or a DCA scholarship. Rolling admissions are available. The school also offers a variety of sports and extracurricular activities including basketball, volleyball, cross country, track, flag football, cheering, and golf to support well-rounded development.
