Eclc Of New Jersey

ECLC of New Jersey is an accredited, nonsectarian nonprofit special education school serving children ages 5 through 21. Located in Ho Ho Kus, NJ, the school focuses on students with severe learning and/or language disabilities, autism, or multiple disabilities. Many students are referred by local public schools when an out-of-district placement is indicated, providing a specialized environment where standard public school resources may be insufficient.

With over 300 students across two campuses (Chatham and HoHoKus) from 11 counties, the school maintains an average class size of 12 and employs 10 classroom teachers. This small class structure allows for highly individualized instruction tailored to specific IEP goals. Beyond academics, ECLC offers Community Personnel Services (CPS) to support 110 young adults with supported employment programs, fostering independence and social skills.
