Great Lakes Academy provides a nurturing and innovative academic environment specifically designed for neurodivergent learners in grades 4-12. The school specializes in supporting students with various learning differences, ADHD, and ASD Level 1 (formerly Asperger's Syndrome), offering a positive and specialized space where students with average to above-average intelligence can thrive.
To meet the unique needs of each student, the academy utilizes multi-sensory teaching methods and maintains small class sizes, with an average of only 10 students per class. Their comprehensive support system is built around individualized care, including the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), therapeutic services, and developmental support to address both academic progress and social-emotional growth.

Great Lakes Academy is a nonsectarian institution that operates on a rolling admissions basis. Tuition varies by grade level, ranging from approximately $17,400 for grades 4-8 to $19,500 for grades 9-12, plus an annual registration fee.
