Highland Complex

Highland Complex is a specialized Albuquerque Public Schools program designed for students with significant disabilities whose educational needs require more intensive support than a neighborhood school can provide. Serving grades 3 through 22, the complex focuses on providing highly specialized instruction and developmental support tailored to each student's unique requirements.
