Hillcrest Educational Centers serves boys in preschool through early childhood who have severe behavioral, emotional, or psychological challenges that require intensive support. The program combines residential treatment, therapeutic services, and specialized education in a fully integrated model designed to help students develop self-control, process trauma or emotional dysregulation, and build the skills needed to succeed in less restrictive environments.

With a low student-to-staff ratio (34 students and 8 classroom teachers), Hillcrest provides individualized, trauma-informed care focused on social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth. The school employs evidence-based therapeutic approaches alongside educational programming, recognizing that behavioral and emotional development are foundational to learning. Students receive support from a team trained in managing complex behavioral needs while fostering positive change.
