La Pietra Hawaii School for Girls serves students in grades 6–12 with a college-preparatory curriculum in an intimate setting on the slopes of Diamond Head in Honolulu. The school maintains an average class size of just 10 students, which allows teachers to tailor instruction to individual learning needs and provide personalized academic support. La Pietra explicitly offers ADD/ADHD support services and is committed to understanding each student's strengths and learning style as part of its core educational philosophy.
The school fosters an inclusive, supportive environment where students develop intellectual curiosity, leadership, and self-confidence through both academics and co-curricular activities. Girls benefit from small-group instruction that accommodates diverse learning profiles, a diverse faculty and student body (56% students of color), and strong home–school partnerships where teachers, students, and parents collaborate on academic and personal goals. The school also offers a range of extracurricular opportunities including sports, arts, music, and student-led clubs to support whole-child development.
Admission is rolling with no fixed deadline, and 60% of students receive financial aid; tuition is $24,800 annually with payment plans available.
