Lionheart Academy Of The Triad

Lionheart Academy Of The Triad is a nonsectarian special education school located in the New Irving Park neighborhood of Greensboro, NC. Serving students in grades 4 through 12, the academy provides a highly specialized learning environment specifically designed for students who require more individualized attention and specialized instruction than a traditional classroom can offer.

The school features an exceptional 5:1 student-teacher ratio, supported by a dedicated team of 12 teachers. This low ratio allows for intensive, personalized instruction and the ability to closely monitor student progress and implement tailored supports. For high school students, the academy offers five Advanced Placement (AP) courses, providing rigorous academic opportunities within a supportive, small-scale setting that accommodates diverse learning needs.
